But I was disappointed to discover that despite all of my efforts over the last 46 days my swim log was still telling me that my target for the year was not a sensible one.
In previous years he’s encouraged me by saying my target was sensible once I’d passed around 49,000 metres see here way back in January 2012.
Is this a spread sheet with AI? as I think that it must be getting wise to the Binge habits and knowing that whatever the early season showing Binge still has the unerring ability to bollocks it all up at the end.
So to today’s effort and it was an effort! 2 swims and a gym session. By the second swim session I was really beginning to flag. There was more than a hint of deja vu in the session as EMSC 1.0 wasn’t there at the beginning and Darren rehashed Monday’s trials, but where I was floating through 200’s on 3:20 with pretty consistent 3:09’s I was struggling to swim 3:20’s on 3:30 and by the time we reached the second half of the 150’s it was almost a continuous swim.
